How Booking Works
- Message us on WhatsApp or call. Share your pickup point, destination, travel date, group size and vehicle preference (Bolero, SUV or Tempo Traveller).
- Get a fixed fare quote. We reply with the exact fare for your route -no meter, no surge pricing, no hidden charges added later.
- Confirm your driver and vehicle. Once you confirm, we share driver name, contact number and vehicle details ahead of your pickup time.
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance, especially during peak season (May-June and September-October), so we can guarantee your preferred vehicle and timing.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment options
We accept UPI, bank transfer and cash. Accepted payment modes are confirmed with you at the time of booking. During peak season, a token advance may be requested to hold your booking.
Cancellation policy
- 7 or more days before departure: full advance refund (minus any transaction charges)
- 3-6 days before departure: 50% of the advance refunded
- Less than 3 days before departure: advance is non-refundable

Booking for a Group or Multi-Day Trip
Group & Tempo Traveller bookings
For 6 or more travelers, a Tempo Traveller is usually the better fit than multiple cars. Share your group size on WhatsApp and we will suggest the right vehicle and fare.
Multi-day & pilgrimage packages

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days ahead, and earlier during peak season (May-June and September-October) to secure your preferred vehicle and timing. Same-day and next-day bookings are often possible for local routes -message us to check availability.
Can I book only on WhatsApp, or is a website form available?
Booking is currently handled directly over WhatsApp or phone call -this lets us confirm real-time availability and answer route-specific questions instead of sending a generic form response.
Do I need to pay a full advance?
Not always. A token advance may be requested to hold your booking, particularly in peak season. Accepted payment modes -UPI, bank transfer or cash -are confirmed with you at booking time.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Refunds depend on how far ahead you cancel: full refund 7+ days before departure, 50% refund 3-6 days before, and no refund inside 3 days. See our Terms & Conditions for the complete policy.
Can I change my pickup time after booking?
Yes, message us on WhatsApp as early as possible and we will adjust the driver's schedule where we can.
Is the fare I'm quoted the final price?
Yes. The fare shared with you before booking is the fare you pay -we do not add meter charges, surge pricing, or last-minute extras.
